Never touch or approach a power line or anything in contact with one. If a line is down or arcing, call 911 first.
Watch your footing on slopes and near traffic. Skip any hazard you cannot record safely.
Each report captures your location, a timestamp and a photo. After review by the coordinator, reports may be shown on the public Paliclear map and shared with LAFD, the City of LA and community groups.
